2. No Refund After Astro Trading Profile Generation

Important: Once the Astro Trading Profile has been created, generated, or delivered to you, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

This is because the Astro Trading Profile is a customized, personalized service based on your unique details and cannot be reused, resold, or reversed once generated.

3. Eligibility for Refund (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited conditions:

The payment was made by mistake and the service has not yet started.

You were charged more than once for the same service (duplicate payment).

The service was not delivered due to an internal error on our part and we are unable to fulfill it.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of Grah Chakra shall be final.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the steps below:

Provide your order details, payment reference number, and reason for the refund request.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Once the Astro Trading Profile has been generated or delivered.

If you fail to provide required information necessary for report generation.

If you fail to access or use the service due to your own technical issues.

If you simply change your mind after purchase.
